Do you ship across India?
Yes, we ship all over India.
Where do you ship from?
We ship directly from our warehouses in India.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied. Your order can still be returned for a refund once received.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, RuPay, AMEX) & UPI
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time during holidays and sale seasons.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the order date.

Shipping begins the next business day after processing.
Please note: We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically take 5–10 business days to be delivered anywhere in India, depending on your location and courier availability.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If you don’t receive your order within 15 days after shipping, please contact us. You are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
How do I return an item?

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
Please contact us immediately if you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, or defective. Include your order number, photographs of the item(s), and all relevant details. Our team will resolve your case as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.

If you paid by card, refunds will be sent to your bank within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

If you paid via UPI/Net Banking, it may take 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check with your bank or card issuer, as it may take some time before the refund appears in your account.
