  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


3. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery: 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Express delivery (if available): 1–3 business days at an additional cost.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, natural events, or regulatory checks.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain value (as per promotions or offers).

  • Standard shipping charges will apply for orders below the free-shipping threshold.

  • Any applicable charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking ID and courier details.

  • You can track your order online until delivery.
